Job Description

We are looking for freshers to join our team who should possess strong verbal communication skills to engage prospects effectively, articulate product/service benefits, and address any objections or concerns. Clear and concise communication is crucial for building rapport and conveying value. As a Inside sales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales through phone-based interactions. These responsibilities may vary depending on the organization and the specific objectives of the campaign. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. To do Primary & Secondary research in order to profile and validate the records for the assigned project.

2. To gather the required information by connecting with the required company and speaking to the relevant person as per the demand of the assigned project.

3. To identify opportunity for a specific product by means of emails, inbound queries or by talking to the assigned targeted company/person and share the leads with the project lead or directly with the client.

5. To ensure effective & timely delivery of assigned tasks as per the standard operating procedures defined by the Client, Quality & Operations.

Requirements:

ld be having a sound knowledge of IT Domains.

2. Preferably experience in Primary, Secondary research & Lead Generation.

3. Should be familiar with MS Office with acceptable knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook

4. Understanding of the Computer Hardware, software, Applications is a must.

5. Excellent spoken and written communication skills with a flair for technology focused mark
