Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative role offers an opportunity to join our sales team. We're in search of an individual with strong communication skills and motivation to fulfill this position. Responsibilities
Communicating with customers through various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and outbound calls, to engage potential customers and follow up on leads.
Answering inquiries from potential customers and providing additional information via email.
Staying updated on product and service information and conveying features to customers.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Keeping abreast of competing products and services.
Supporting the sales team by providing necessary documents, presentations, etc., upon request.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Working towards closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Should be graduate and above.
Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position
preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
