Manage and prioritize leads from multiple sources, including digital marketing initiatives, website inquiries, inbound calls/emails, online chat platforms, events and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Prospect and identify potential leads through cold calling, and outbound outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, pain points, and buying intentions through effective questioning and active listening techniques.
Enter and maintain lead data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and assign to respective sales associate.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead management processes with overall business objectives, optimize lead conversion rates, and improve the quality of leads generated.
Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation and conversion metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, customer feedback, etc.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, or related discipline is required.
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English is a must), with the ability to effectively engage and persuade prospects through various channels.
Min 2yrs experience in lead management, lead generation, or sales development roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong MS office skills such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in using CRM software and tools to manage leads, track activities, and report on lead performance.
Must possess a can do attitude especially in continuing to provide continuous improvement and change.
Main Objective: This is a pan India role comprising of different businesses (IG/Fcal/Retail/Fnet/FIS/FPI) and will primarily focus on engaging and qualifying prospective customers primarily through phone calls and emails. The incumbent will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
