Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive sales of our CRM software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals with prospective clients. Responsibilities:
Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our CRM software solution.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular updates to management.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
3-4 years of inside sales experience in software sales or technology solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Familiarity with CRM software and understanding of its benefits for businesses.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer success.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a remote or virtual sales environment.
2+ years of enterprise SaaS product sales experience
