� The incumbent should be the one with an entrepreneurial vision;

� Ready to work in a performance-based compensation structure - as the company grows and he/she be also considered as a stakeholder should his/her performance justify the same;

� Given the current size of the company the compensation structure will comprise a part of fixed remuneration plus revenue sharing;

� Minimum Qualification - 5+ Years of experience in Software Sales, CRM Sales, IT Sales, B2B Sales;

� Able to handle team;

� Good Communication Skills;

� Technical background candidates are preferred;
