Job Summary:
Looking for an Inside Sales professional who should be familiar in IT Service selling with US, Canada and UK regions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Research and generate potential leads using various lead-generating tools.
Follow the warm leads using communication tools for successful closure.
Build a robust and quality lead funnel for assigned business vertical.
Has to be highly energetic and exceptional in communication skills.
Run campaigns by cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and identify target prospects.
Create and maintain a pipeline of prospects and manage the strategic sales cycle from initial call to close it with the help of the technical team.
Cultivate, build and maintain strong client relationships.
Research and discover methods to increase customer prospects.
Desired skills:
IT Service selling skills primarily with US, Canada and UK regions.
Excellent oral and written communication and also good listening skills.
Proven experience in opportunity identification & qualification, email drafts creation, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management
Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
Ability to work individually and as part of a team with high-level of integrity and work ethics
Education and Experience:
Any UG.
Proven hands-on experience of 4-5 years.
