Job Description
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• Contact New or existing customers to inform them about products, offers & trends.
• Manage online customers calls generate through Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter.
• Take Customer feedback and Use to generate ideas about new features or products.
• Handle Customers queries and complaints and resolve it.
• Speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.
• Respond to incoming email and enquiries.
• Taking Payment follow-up from customers of regular basis.
• Timely and accurate reporting to authorize person.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Salary
Salary as per market standard + Bonus
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive (In - House)/Tele Marketing/Tele Sales or relevant role
• Good Communication in English
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Good presentation skills
