Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills along with active listening and interpersonal skills.
Should be able to grasp information, processes and apply concepts in different real-world scenarios.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Ability to empathize with customers and build a relationship.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
Successful Completion of Graduate Degree is mandatory.
Fluency in Hindi and English, knowledge of regional languages will be preferred (Malayalam, Bengali, Punjabi, Telegu, Tamil).
Office Timings:
6 days working, (Monday to Saturday)
The second Saturday of the month is off.
Expected 10 hours of work from the office between (9:30am to 7:30pm)
