Role and Responsibilities

Strong written & verbal communication skills

Ability to have a meaningful conversation with Senior official and CXOs

Strong understanding of the overall lead management lifecycle

Sales orientation with good verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi languages)

Own the creation and maintenance of prospect user data

Search, create and manage prospect database from secondary research (web, social media etc)

Managing leads and user / prospect data in a CRM system

Hands-on experience on working with CRM systems like Salesforce would be an added advantage

Experience in GIS technology / industry would be an added advantage

Skilled in working with MS-office suite.
