Job Description

Connect and engage with pre- generated leads via inbound calls (approx 10-15 calls)

Reach out to new customers and explain them our product.

Handling the enquiries, preparation and submission of details as per client requirement.

Generate the inquiry in system & send to customer.

Obtain confirmation from the customer (PO, emails, etc) & generate sales order and order confirmation.

Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers needs,

Achieve sales target by new customer acquisition and ensure revenue from existing customers.
