digital platforms.

Describetheservicesand USP ofthesameandtry togenerate maximum conversions.

Regular follow ups with potential clients/ patients.

Overallproblem solvingfor customersandcoordinationasnecessary.

Handle any operations relatedactivities that may berequired.

Tabulate andrecordresponses from all channels onexcels.

Generate relevant reports from the same.

Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with the required doctor who shall visit the patient

Analyse quality of calls and strive for improvement.

1. 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales

2. Bachelors Degree in any discipline

3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills

5. Self-driven, comfortable with fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
