What are the expectations from the role:
Utilize various channels (., cold calling, email outreach, social media) to identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their pain points, and qualifying their interest in our products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the traders through consistent follow-ups, personalized communication, and proactive engagement to move them through the sales funnel.
Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our solutions to potential customers, highlighting our products such as carbon and ferro alloys.
Ensure we sell more in volume to the traders.
Comfortable with cold calling and consultative selling approaches.
Accurately track and manage sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in an industrial sales or in a B2B market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential traders/customers.
Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies (preferred)
