Job Requirement:
2+ years of experience in international BPO.
Basic awareness of Telesales/Inside sales/Telemarketing/Tele calling.
Articulate & strong phone verbal communication skills along with active listening skills.
Higher pay for callers who already dialled for UK Process - IVA/DMP.
Enthusiastic to hit or exceed sales quotas.
Excellent English communication skills.
Excellent Convincing Power.
Fair Knowledge of Sales and Marketing.
Basic Computer Knowledge.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Obtaining Customer information in detail to generate the need.
Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls to customers.
Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering. Learn details about our product and service offerings.
Address any questions or issues customers may have and communicate with them to understand their requirements and needs.
Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions.
Keep an updated customer database.
Upsell other products wherever possible.
Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
Maintain good customer relations.
Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
