Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch and sell our products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about the features and benefits of our healthcare education programs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system with relevant customer information.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer needs, and sales strategies.
Requirements:
Graduation degree in any field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
1 year experience into inside sales is mandatory
Willingness to work from the office 6 days a week.
