Job Responsibility:
1. Handle inbound and maximum outbound calls. Calling clients and fixing the site visit.
2. Answering phones and calling to clients explaining the projects which we are working on and services offered by the company.
3. Contacting existing customers as well as for daily follow ups.
4. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
5. Convince/encourage clients for site visit.
6. Manage End to End Sales & Marketing for Residential, Commercial projects.
7. Lead Generation & Sales Conversion.
8. Follow-ups with the prospective clients
9. Effective utilization of resource and optimization of Back End Resource of Lead Generation towards closures.
10. Meeting Clients, Briefing them on Project Details, Price, Site Visits and reviews.
11. Collecting market information about competitors and latest happenings.
12. High Energy, go getter and a proactive personality.
13. Excellent skills for Channel Sales and Channel Development.
14. Excellent Communication Skill in Hindi and English.
15. Good presentation skills.
16. To monitor sales team performance on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.
17. Must have Gurgaon all locations knowledge.
