• Marketing/sale executive involve direct selling to the consumer or end user giving information about the application/packages/courses that are available.
• Asking the user if there is any kind of language learning requirement
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
• Checking if the user is facing any kind of issues/problems in the application.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
• cold calling with potential customers to prospect for new business; responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets; negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
• Closing the minimum daily targets.
• Sending the daily reports as prescribed and designed by management for smoother operations
• The role is also responsible for providing timely updates to the organization on orders, payments and publishing reports required by management as an when required.
