Job Role :
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls (mostly outbound) in a timely
manner
Following call canter scripts when handling different topics
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
Seize opportunities to build comfort with customers and hand-hold them in navigating
through the course of their treatment, closing the sale of treatment
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Entering patient information into a CRM tool
Developing the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer
satisfaction and loyalty
Frequently attend training seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer sales role selling high-value or involved products
(health, education, travel, insurance, etc.)
Track record of over-achieving targets
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and
interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM systems, telephony systems and practices and data entry skills
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, manage time effectively and manage multiple
expectations in a fast-paced environment
Ability to empathize with customers and build a relationship
Good sales skills and ability to work in high pressure environment
Undergraduate degree
Fluency in English + Hindi or two regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) is
mandatory
