Job Role :
• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls (mostly outbound) in a timely
manner
• Following call canter “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
• Seize opportunities to build comfort with customers and hand-hold them in navigating
through the course of their treatment, closing the sale of treatment
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Entering patient information into a CRM tool
• Developing the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer
satisfaction and loyalty
• Frequently attend training seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
• Previous experience in a customer sales role selling high-value or involved products
(health, education, travel, insurance, etc.)
• Track record of over-achieving targets
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and
interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems, telephony systems and practices and data entry skills
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, manage time effectively and manage multiple
expectations in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to empathize with customers and build a relationship
• Good sales skills and ability to work in high pressure environment
• Undergraduate degree
• Fluency in English + Hindi or two regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) is
mandatory
