Job Description – Executive, Inside Sales
The responsibilities of the role are the below:
∙ Enabling Students: once leads are provided, an inside sales executive is responsible for educating customers on our courses,
membership structure & fees thereby converting leads into admissions.
∙ Systems: Inside sales executives are responsible for updating internal systems to ensure data transparency & sanctity. ∙
Feedback: Provide customer feedback to sales managers.
The role is based in Bangalore, India. The role will be required to work primarily in the field. The office is in Indiranagar. We
will move in the future to HSR.
Experience, Qualifications & Person Type
The ideal candidate is someone who –
∙ Has 1+ years of experience in a sales role or Freshers also welcome
∙ Has excellent communication & influencing skills
∙ Disciplined & follows processes
∙ Is customer-oriented and never over-promises
∙ Is a team player, works well in groups & optimizes for the team
∙ Is comfortable with ambiguity
