• Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
• Seize opportunities to build comfort with customers and handhold them in Educating them about our product offerings and closing the sale of products.

• Developing knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Should be able to grasp information, processes and apply concepts in different real-world scenarios.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Ability to empathize with customers and build a relationship.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Successful Completion of Graduate Degree is mandatory.
• Fluency in Hindi and English, knowledge of regional languages will be preferred (Malayalam, Bengali, Punjabi, Telegu, Tamil)
Office Timings:
• 6 days working, (Monday to Saturday)
• The second Saturday of the month is off.
• Expected 9 hours of work from the office between (9:00am to 7:00pm)
