What you'll be doing:
• Managing a team of Inside Sales reps. prospecting new business to meet monthly goals. Expectation is that individual in this role will also play an active role in meeting personal targets
• Guide prospects through initial part of the sales process from suspecting to qualifying leads.
• Become an expert in the Banking domain in the United States.
What you should have:
• 5+ years of inside sales experience selling technology services to US based fortune 2000 businesses
• Phone based sales experience
• History of achieving and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
• Experience selling software, platform and/or SaaS solutions
• Has a desire to grow personally and professionally
• Banking industry experience is an advantage
