Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce Bubbl Cards.
Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive sales.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Achieve and exceed inside sales targets and performance metrics.
Handle customer objections effectively and provide excellent service.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years of inside sales or customer service (voice) experience preferred (Freshers with passion for sales and strong communication skills may apply).
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal communication in English.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain professionalism.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey information to potential clients.
Strong data management skills, including maintaining accurate records of sales interactions and client information.
Ability to prepare and analyze MIS (Management Information Systems) reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
