Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Business Development:

Manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring their IT security needs are met.

Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell cybersecurity, cloud security, and data protection solutions.

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies for expansion.

IT & Cybersecurity Solutions:

Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity, data, and network security solutions for clients.

Ensure client satisfaction by tailoring security solutions (including cloud security) to meet their specific needs.

Collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-quality services and security implementations.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance.

Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment within the team.

Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met and clients are kept informed throughout the process.

OEM Relationships & Partnerships:

Build and maintain strong partnerships with OEMs and other key technology providers.

Negotiate contracts and partnerships to secure the best solutions and technologies for the companys and clients' needs.

Collaborate with OEMs to develop joint business strategies and ensure alignment on technical solutions.

Cloud Security & Emerging Technologies:

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data security.

Explore how emerging technologies, including Generative AI, can be integrated into security solutions to add value for clients.

Work closely with internal teams to innovate and implement advanced security practices.

New Business Avenue Exploration:

Identify and pursue new market opportunities in IT security, cloud computing, and emerging tech sectors.

Develop business cases for expanding service offerings and securing new clients.
