Qualifications and Skills

 Proven track record with 4-6 years of tele sales experience in a related industry.

 Proficiency in CRM software, with a preference for experience with Salesforce, to maintain and manage

customer relationships.

 Outstanding customer engagement capabilities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and

retention.

 Thorough understanding of telecommunication protocols to ensure efficient and clear communication.

 Strong cold calling skills (Mandatory skill) for effective initial engagement with potential clients.

 Expertise in lead generation techniques (Mandatory skill) to cultivate a robust prospective client base.

 Exceptional negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) to secure the best possible outcomes for both the

company and clients.

 Advanced objection handling abilities to effectively address and overcome client concerns or hesitations.

Roles and Responsibilities

 Execute telesales campaigns by engaging potential clients and introducing Club Value Holidays'

offerings.

 Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling and targeted outreach efforts.

 Efficiently manage and update CRM systems to track sales activities and client interactions.

 Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

 Negotiate sales and close opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.

 Handle client objections with ease, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.

 Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and adapt to market trends.

 Provide regular reports on sales performance, including insights and areas for improvement.
