retention.
Thorough understanding of telecommunication protocols to ensure efficient and clear communication.
Strong cold calling skills (Mandatory skill) for effective initial engagement with potential clients.
Expertise in lead generation techniques (Mandatory skill) to cultivate a robust prospective client base.
Exceptional negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) to secure the best possible outcomes for both the
company and clients.
Advanced objection handling abilities to effectively address and overcome client concerns or hesitations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Execute telesales campaigns by engaging potential clients and introducing Club Value Holidays'
offerings.
Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling and targeted outreach efforts.
Efficiently manage and update CRM systems to track sales activities and client interactions.
