SoftInWay is looking for highly energetic Inside Sales Executive responsible for creating business opportunities, identify new prospects, analyse their interest and convert them into qualified leads for the sales team. The duties include making cold calls for setting up preliminary meetings with prospects, diligent follow-ups with leads supported by subsequent email communications. Prepare and maintain records of all leads and accounts, which includes daily activities, lead follow-up and future prospects within our CRM environment. Have a strong eye for demand analysis, understand customer needs and support the sales team to develop selling strategy within the target accounts. Interact with corporates about our training programs, marketing events and expand the company’s database of prospects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Aerospace / Turbomachinery Engineering or relevant field.
• 2 years’ experience in simulation software sales is must.
• Experience in making high volume outbound sales calls.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of sales cycle and internet research skills.
• Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to sale.
