Roles and Responsibilities
To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer base in accordance with the sales strategy.
To manage day-to-day sales activities; including proposal, updating clients on their ongoing orders, prospecting and market development.
To support the software development team, technical support team and online marketing team by providing customer feedback.
To develop good client relationship.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate product.
Open to support marketing activities participation in trade shows, events and exhibitions held in US and Europe.
Identify ideal cross-sell and up-sell scenarios.
Perform effective online demos to prospects for sales closure.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have 4-6 years of experience in Inside Sales/ Enterprise Sales for USA region / Outbound Sales on existing leads/ Business Development.
Ability to sense opportunity over email, phone or chat
Should be persuasive, go-getter with high energy level.
Fluency in both verbal and written English used for business communication.
Sound understanding of Computer Hardware and Computer Networking
Excellent email articulation, Excel and presentation skills
Good time management skills
Timely follow-up on all the software lead opportunities
Ability to communicate effectively, convince & negotiate with the client for closing the deal.
Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Sales force etc.
Ability to take ownership and work independently.
Ability to work in a team environment
