Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
Proactively engage with potential customers via phone calls to promote banking products and services.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager.
Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into active customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized interactions.
Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information about banking products and services.
Product Knowledge:
Gain a deep understanding of the bank's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
Stay updated on changes and updates to the bank's offerings and convey this information to customers.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with all banking and regulatory requirements during sales processes.
Accurately and efficiently complete all required sales documentation and adhere to internal processes and guidelines.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Experience:
Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
Familiarity with banking products, services, and sales techniques is highly desirable.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals consistently.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
