Inside Sales Executive (Only Females)

Job Description

1. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing support, guidan CTce, and responding to inquiries and complaints.

2. Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, prepare quotes and proposals, and contact potential and existing customers to drive sales growth.

3. Market and Product Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market activities to identify product improvements and new opportunities.

4. CRM and Database Management: Develop and maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) database to support sales and marketing efforts.

5. Team Collaboration and Reporting:Participate in team meetings and prepare reports by collecting and analyzing relevant data.

6. Marketing Initiatives: Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including preparing presentations and overseeing new campaigns.

7. Event Participation: Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to represent the company and identify new business opportunities.

8. Professional Development:Continuously improve professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, and networking.
