Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Contact potential customers to introduce our products/services and build relationships.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Present product demonstrations to potential customers.
Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
Attend sales meetings, trainings, and industry events as required.
Requirements:
Proven inside sales experience (1-3 years preferred).
Track record of achieving sales quotas.
Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience working with CRM software (., Salesforce).
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales.
Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Motivated self-starter with a high energy level.
Team player who can also work independently.
