Serve as a mentor and advisor to potential learners,

Assisting them in planning their career paths and explaining how Peoplelclick offerings can drive their growth.

Provide expert counseling to prospective students, helping them understand the value of our programs.

Meet and exceed weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.

Highlight the unique advantages of Peopleclick online learning model and build trust with potential students.

Manage the entire sales process for your assigned leads, including making phone calls, delivering product demonstrations, closing sales, and ensuring post-sale relationship management.

Maintain a detailed database of all interactions with leads and provide continuous feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality.

We are on the look-out for young and energetic folks who are well versed in English both spoken and written, are passionate about creating a great experience for anyone they talk to, agile and fast-paced, familiar with Excel and , and can handle multiple channels of communication with ease.

Preferred candidate profile

1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, ideally in the EdTech industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.- Ability to establish a rapport with prospective learners and provide career guidance.
