Job Summary

The Inside Marketing Executive is responsible for executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role involves coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to promote products or services, generating qualified leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Management

Identify and qualify potential customers through phone calls, emails, and digital campaigns.

Follow up with leads generated through marketing efforts and nurture them toward conversion.

Maintain and update a database of leads in CRM software.

Campaign Execution

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.

Create and send promotional emails or newsletters to engage customers.

Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.

Address customer queries and provide product/service information.

Schedule product demos or coordinate meetings between clients and the sales team.

Market Research and Insights

Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Collect feedback from clients and share it with the marketing and product teams for improvement.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and customer feedback.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in marketing efforts.

Key Skills and Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools (., HubSpot, Mailchimp).

Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and techniques.
