We are hiring Inside Sales Specialist / Sr. Inside Sales Specialist (Immediate joiners are highly preferred)
Role and Responsibilities:
Generating leads.
Cold Calling.
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Answering potential customer questions and sending additional information per email.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Identifying prospects and qualifying new sales leads.
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
Keep track of the complete sales cycle.
Communicate prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
Should have a positive attitude.
Required Skills:
Any Graduate
2-6 years of experience in inside sales
Previous experience in Inside sales, preferably IT product-related sales.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional phone and cold calling skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong listening and sales skills.
Ability to achieve targets.
