Designation : Inside sales Executive

Years of Experience: Freshers are required.

Immediate Joiners are required.

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in a related Field (Bachelor's degree

in CS/IT/ECE/EEE & BCA, BSC(CS/IT) and MBA (Marketing)

Salary : to Lakhs (As per the industry norms).

Shift Time : Monday to Saturday ( Am to Pm).

Location : Saidapet,Chennai.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Should have strong knowledge in Cloud sales especially (AI & Applications (ERP,CRM,Mailing,Licensing), Cloud services (AWS,Google,MS Azure), Cybersecurity, System Intergration, Telecom.

Generate, qualify and manage inbound and outbound leads to create a solid sales pipeline.

Identify potential customers through proper research, cold calling, online portals, email campaign and social media marketing.

Proper conduct of product or service demonstrations, clearly explaining the features, benefits and pricing.

Building long-term relationships with the clients and responding promptly to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Use CRM Software to track leads, manage sales activities, and update client interaction in real time.

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Gather insights from client interaction to provide valuable feedback to the marketing team to improve client satisfaction.
