Roles & Responsibilities: -

Discover and actively pursue novel business prospects with the aim of not only

meeting but surpassing monthly sales objectives.

Build and nurture relationships with prospective and new business

opportunities

Look-up with our existing clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored

solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value

proposition of our products & services.

Utilize a consultative selling approach, addressing customer concerns and

objections to close deals effectively.

Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional departments to ensure a

seamless customer experience.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market

conditions to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:-

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapportand

trust with customers.

Results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to sales prospecting andlead

generation.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced sales

environment.

Knowledge of the product/service and industry, with the ability to convey

technical information to non-technical audiences.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

For experience must have proven track record in B2C sales with a focus on

achieving and exceeding sales targets.
