Job timings: 5 pm - 1 am IST / 6 pm to 2 am IST.
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, and achieving revenue goals. The ideal candidate should be able to build relationships with prospects and customers and leverage these relationships to exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation strategies.
Reach out to the target audience and educate them about the benefits of IPASS Solutions services.
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
Maintain and expand the database of prospects within assigned territory.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Collaborate with internal Business Units to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Requirements:
