Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving Huntapp’s growth in the
Indian market. This role requires an individual with a blend of strategic vision, sales expertise,
and a passion for people management. The selected candidate will work closely with the sales
leadership team to onboard clients, manage key accounts, and lead a team of Account
Managers and Sales Representatives. If you have experience in business development, client

Key Responsibilities:
● Client Acquisition & On boarding: Identify potential clients through cold calling,
networking, and other lead generation methods. Manage the full sales cycle from lead
identification to closing and onboarding.
● Team Management & Training: Oversee and mentor a team of Account Managers and
Sales Representatives, providing training, setting KPIs, and ensuring they have the tools
and knowledge needed to achieve targets.
● Sales Strategy Development: Work with leadership to develop and refine sales
strategies that align with Huntapp’s growth objectives in India. Analyze market trends,
assess competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
● Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients,
acting as a trusted advisor. Address client needs proactively to ensure satisfaction and
repeat business.
● Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports
for senior management, and ensure all sales activities are in line with Huntapp’s
standards and targets.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as
marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in customer acquisition
strategies and product improvements.
