Job Description:
Conduct market research to identify potential Sales opportunities, customer preferences & Market trends.
Provide valuable insight to help refine our service offering & sales strategies.
Self-motivated & goal oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Collaborative team player capable of working across functions.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events and site visits.
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Initate contact with leads & prospect through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails & face to face meetings.
Listen to client needs & recommend the most suitable products based on their requirements.
Prepare accurate & timely quotations & proposals that align with client specification.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposal address technical aspect effectively.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interaction & progress.
Ability to work under pressure
Comfortable to achieve monthly sales target
Business cold calling, lead generation, business proposal sending to the targeted client or existing client for new project
Ability to build trust, respect & confidentiality
Should be well-versed in business content writing
Responsible for handling client queries
Strong Communication skill in English or regional language
Proficiency in MS-Office, Excel & Power-point
Female candidates more preferable for this position
Qualification:
Diploma or B-tech in Civil Engineering or MBA/BBA in marketing
Experience:
0-1 year as a sales Executive (Should be belongs to Building construction, realestate industry)
