Responsibilities:

Resolve client issues promptly while gathering and sharing feedback to improve products and services.
Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and social selling strategies.
Deliver product demos, manage the sales pipeline, and negotiate deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
Fresher with a minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, client success, or a related role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.
Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts.
Proficiency with CRM software (., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
