Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers & assist field sales team
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery.
Manage the sales pipeline and track key metrics.
Prepare sales reports and presentations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
