1- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and inbound leads.
2- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate cosmetic product solutions.
3- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by offering new products and services.
4- Develop an in-depth understanding of the cosmetic product range offered by Aromaaz International.
5- Provide expert advice and product recommendations to customers based on their requirements.
6- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and report progress to the Sales Manager.
7-Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and other performance metrics.
8- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
9- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or feedback.
10- Respond to customer queries promptly via phone, email, and other communication channels.
11- Work closely with other departments (such as Marketing, Product, and Logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
12- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for improving sales performance
Qualifications & Skills:
1-Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the cosmetic, beauty, or personal care industry.
3-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
5-Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
6-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7-Knowledge of cosmetic products and industry trends is a plus.
