Researching and generate new qualified opportunities through prospecting and activity-based cold calling and emailing.
- Use creative and persistent methods to prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Identify and pursue key executives by developing customer call strategies to interact with buyers to gain access to Key Opinion Leaders
- Cultivate and nurture the sales cycle process from initial contact through to qualification and persuade decision makers to let service their freight
- Leverage social strategies to initiate sales conversations with all levels of stakeholders
- Develop an In-depth knowledge and understanding of the logistics and transportation industry.
- Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels (Linkedin Sales Navigator, Cold calling & Cold emailing)
- Manage the early sales cycle from market research, engaging new leads, and onboarding
- Build strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, businesses and internal peers.
- Maintain consistent levels of activity to achieving sales targets.
