Position: Technical Sales Engineer – Inside Sales - Female
Location: Pune
Reporting to: Director /Sales Manager
Remark: Freshers can apply
Package : 1) For freshers CTC will be 2 to Lacs
2) For Experience candidate as per Industrial standards depending on interview
performance and experience
ROLES/RESPONSIBILIY
• Development of new business relationships, generate and negotiate new revenues.
• Responsible for obtaining profitable result through sales deals, continual development through motivation, skill development, product knowledge development.
• Close new or ongoing business deals by coordinating requirements, submitting proposals, negotiations, defining SOW of deliverables for the sales case. Integrate these requirements with business operations.
• Responsible for establishing annual, monthly sales objectives in coordination with business plans.
• Search of Potential clients using various social media and B2B sites
• Contribute to the creation of email campaigns, and social media content.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Innovation skills and vision
• Business communication, , social media active marketing skills
• Technical proficiency
• Presentation skills like PPT, White board, etc.
Measurement parameters:-
1. Top Line & Bottom-line revenue
2. Recovery
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
• Graduate in any stream
• Ongoing BBA/MBA students
• Highly self-motivated and results oriented.
• Go Getter Attitude and Multitasking.
• Technical sales experience a plus
• 1-2 years of sales Experience will be added Advantage
• MBA in Sales will be added Advantage
