Job Description:
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's electrical products, including their features, applications, and benefits.
Inbound Sales: Handle inbound inquiries, emails, and calls from potential and existing customers, providing technical expertise and product recommendations
Outbound sales: Proactively reach out to leads and potential clients to identify their electrical product needs and offer suitable solutions.
Product Consultation: Offer technical consultation and support to customers
Quoting: Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations for electrical products, considering customer requirements and market conditions with the support of costing engineering team.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations for clients.
CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Maintain sales records, generate sales reports, and provide regular updates to the sales management team.
Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive buying experience
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of electrical products and their applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
Sales and negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
Problem-solving skills to address technical inquiries and challenges.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Proficiency in spreadsheet software (., Microsoft Excel) for data analysis.
3 to 4 years of experience in sales in electrical Product
