Roles & Responsibility

1. Maintaining and developing new client and existing client

2. Key account management

3. Payment follow-up

4. Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies

5. Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience

6. Smoot coordination with the operation team for project execution

7. Provide assistance/support for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems

8. Provide data and guides to help the sales team

9. Manage sales tracking tools and reports

10. Keep record of sales/booking/reports/payments

11. Audit preparation and support
