Position - Engineer-Inside Sales
Experience: 1+ years of experience in B2B sales
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation)
Responsibilities:
Technical Sales & Order Closure:
o Understand customer inquiries, technical requirements, and project specifications to provide tailored solutions.
o Engage with customers to resolve concerns and negotiate terms to finalize sales.
o Follow up to finalize orders once requirements are resolved.
o Manage price and delivery negotiations within approval limits.
o Escalate beyond-limit cases to the manager.
o Maintain a high closure rate for small-ticket items within defined timeframes
Customer Support:
o Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer queries related to technical products or small orders.
o Ensure prompt follow-ups and maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
Sales Pipeline Management:
o Manage and prioritize multiple small-order inquiries and ensure their timely closure.
o Track and document sales activities in CRM software, maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
o Achieve assigned targets for order volume, revenue, and customer retention.
o Actively engage in cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
o Collaborate with Sales Associates to assist in the lead generation process.
o Qualify leads by assessing their potential and passing them on to the relevant sales team members
