Job description

As a part of the Business Development team of our SaaS based product, you will play a key role in achieving our client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The role will involve generating a consistent set of high-quality leads as part of the Inside Sales team.

The role requires leading initiatives such as well-researched and smart targeting (using LinkedIn outreach, Outbound calling, and targeted email campaigns) to foray into primarily companies located in India.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years experience in an Inside Sales role, preferably working in analytics/IT services/related consulting services & solutions industries.

Significant experience in sending very high-quality, personalized, and content-focused emails and LinkedIn outreach.

Experience in cold/warm calling to leaders at the level of Director & above.

Experience in handling external data sources for lead generation.

Monitor daily, weekly, and quarterly activity metrics – call stats, daily reports, chats, etc and regular reporting of lead on a weekly/monthly basis and exceeding target consistently.

Significant experience working with the Software industry.

Outstanding written and oral communication and persistent attitude to succeed.

Superlative commitment, flexibility and motivation to stay focused and generate high-quality leads.

Tech person with business understanding.
