The aim is to provide Dermatologist recommended customized treatments for skin including laser,treatments, acne and pigmentation,solutions, affordable and at home.
Based out of Mumbai, the Company is well funded to the tune of 10 million USD and rapidly growing with presence in all Metropolitans in India.
Job Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Work Timings: 10am-7pm
Working Days: 6 (Week-off between Mon- Fri)
Salary budget Range: maximum 35k ( pm) Gross + Variable Pay.
Skills: Fluent Communication in English. Regional Languages would be an added preference
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handle calls on leads generated for skin related services on
our digital platforms.
The initial call will be primarily a sales pitch followed by
issue resolutions and query handling.
Describe the services and USPs of the same and try to
generate maximum conversions. Continuousfollow ups with
Potential clients
Handle skin specific queries pertaining to our services.
Overall Problem solving for patients and coordination as
necessary. Handle any operations related activities that may
be required.
Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excel.
Generate relevant reports from the same.
Schedule appointments for clients and coordinate with the
required therapist who shall visit the client
Analyze quality of calls and strive for improvement.
Job Specifications: #Fresher/ Graduate with Excellent communication skills.
Qualification: HSC/ Graduate.
