What you will do:
Conductengaging online product demos via platforms like Google Meet/Zoom, tailoring presentations to meet specific customer needs and address queries effectively.
Initiate inbound calls to identify potential customers from leads, implementing follow-up procedures to nurture leads and convert them into active customers.
Managetheend-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to product utilization.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer feedback, queries, and interactions using CRM tools for accurate and up-to-date information.
Provideinsights into customer preferences and market trends to inform marketing initiatives.
Reportcustomer feedback, suggestions, and market insights for continuous improvement.

What were looking for
Internship or full-time experience in, sales, or a related field is a must.
GoodCommunication skills with confidence in presenting and demonstrating products to potential customers.
Stronginterpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
