Job Description:

To Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

To Answer questions about products or the company.

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

Enter and update customer information in the database.

Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.

To Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.

Maintaining proper records of calling, site visits and meeting done.

To update 4 QT software regarding follows ups , meetings , site visits on a daily basis .

To update Google sheets regarding follows ups , meetings , site visits on a daily basis.

Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
