Job Summary:

Rustagi Electronics is seeking a skilled Injection Molding Operator to oversee the operation of our molding machines, ensuring high-quality production of plastic components. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine operation, troubleshooting, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor injection molding machines for efficient production.

Perform mold setup, machine adjustments, and start-up/shut-down procedures.

Inspect finished products for quality standards and defects.

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.

Manage raw material handling and ensure smooth material flow.

Maintain accurate production records, machine settings, and quality reports.

Follow safety regulations and keep the workspace clean and organized.

Coordinate with technicians and supervisors to optimize production efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 7 years in injection molding or plastic manufacturing.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).

Proficiency in machine operation, mold changes, and troubleshooting.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of safety protocols and quality control measures.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
