Sound knowledge of Tooling, Defect and Remedies of Plastic injection molded articles, Plastic materials – Properties and Applications

Responsibility of the project handling.

⮚ Feasibility study involves checking of parting surface, slider and lifter construction, molding machine selection, weak steel and sharp steel analysis, short fill analysis, ejection analysis, ejection stroke length analysis ⮚ Closely setup and perform design for manufacturing with customer to meet best part design practices to get better molded parts.

⮚Mold Design, DFM & Feasibility Report.
